DL Mechanical undertake a wide range of pipework installations including chilled water (CHW), low-temperature hot water ( LTHW), medium temperature hot water (MTHW), steam & condense, dry riser, oil and commercial gas, domestic water, soil & vent (SVP), rainwater.

We are specialists in the use of copper, mild and stainless steels, cast iron, plastics- including MDPE,HDPE, Polypropylene, for both internal and externals.
DL Mechanical have our own in-house fabrication facility, specialising in both mild and stainless steel pipework using MMA, TIG, MIG and orbital welding processes.

All of these processes can be carried out on site to accommodate our client’s requirements.

We carry our own welding procedures, our welders being class 1 & 2. Specific welder qualifications can be arranged as required as well as non-destructive testing (NDT) on site and in our facility.

We employ fully qualified pipe fitters, plumbers, welders and gas engineers, all of whom are CSCS affiliated.

We undertake one-off in house fabrications to full on-site installations.
